What we have delivered, and what is under way. On some of these we found the land, funded the work and built it ourselves. On others we build with a partner, or we build for one — every project below says which.
We develop, we fund, and we build — sometimes all three on the same site, sometimes only the part we were asked for. We list the work together because the buildings don't know the difference. Each entry says plainly what our role was, and names who we worked with.

A single-storey workspace pavilion set back behind its own forecourt: one deep canopy over the whole plan, full-height glazing down the long side, and solid stone at either end where the services and the cores sit.

The load-bearing heavy-steel structure and the VAN wall are identical in every concept; only the outer 10 mm decorative layer changes — plaster, mouldings, columns, stone. Same advanced system. Different architectural visions.
