We invest in what we know how to build. You can join a specific house project — funding a home we design, build, and sell — or partner with us longer-term across several developments.
Everything is transparent and on paper: fixed scopes, payment stages tied to construction milestones, and regular updates from the site. Most of our investors live abroad — we handle the paperwork, the build, and the sale or rental on their behalf.
